MAGIC MAGENTA COCKTAIL *A color-changing botanical cocktail* Watch your cocktail transform from brilliant blue to vibrant magenta with a splash of citrus! **INGREDIENTS** - 2 oz of your favorite clear spirit (vodka, gin, or tequila blanco, or non-alcoholic spirit) - 3 oz sparkling water - ½–1 oz freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice - Ice **INSTRUCTIONS** 1. Add your favorite clear spirit directly to the bottle of Blue Botanical Cocktail Mix. Secure the lid and shake well to infuse. Allow the botanicals to steep, then strain if desired. 2. Pour 2 oz of the infused spirit into a cocktail shaker or mason jar filled with ice. 3. Add the sparkling water and freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice. 4. Stir gently and watch your cocktail transform from brilliant blue to vivid violet and magenta. The more citrus you add, the pinker your cocktail becomes! 5. Pour into your favorite cocktail glass and garnish with an edible flower. **PREFER TO KEEP IT BLUE?** Skip the citrus and combine your botanical-infused spirit with chilled sparkling water, club soda, or coconut water.
