Shipping FAQ & Shop Policies
Do you ship orders every day?
We have a small team that ships out all bakery orders every Tuesday. Place your order the previous day, Monday, by 8am PST to ensure your order goes out the next day. If you miss the order cutoff, shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do! (Usually we are able to ship it out that Wednesday.)
Can I place an order for a future delivery and not have my order ship out the following Wednesday?
Yes, simply select the date that you would like your order to ship out on the dropdown calendar. Plan on purchasing your treats appropriately and take into consideration the shipping time which you have selected. We always recommend UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air as Ground shipping can take 10 days to arrive, even in California, we've seen it happen!
What shipping service do you recommend?
We always recommend UPS next day air or UPS 2nd day air delivery. We bake our cookies fresh within 24 hours of shipping them out and do not use any preservatives.
UPS and USPS Ground shipping can take up to 11 days to arrive (yes we've seen it happen multiple times!), it is the less expensive shipping option but please beware of this time frame.
Our cookies stay fresh for 3 weeks when stored in a sealed container, but the longer they travel the more they get thrown around. Small crumbs occur naturally, simply blot them off with a paper towel and serve!
What if I provided the wrong shipping address for my order? Help!
You have until 8am PST Monday, the day before your order ships, to change the shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
If you realize that you have written the wrong address and we have not yet shipped your order, email flowers@eatyouflowers.com ASAP with the correct address and we will do our best to make this change.
If you have provided the wrong shipping address and we have shipped your product, we cannot refund or replace those items.
Can I cancel my order after I've already purchased it?
Please note we charge a $2 processing fee on all refunded orders. You have until 8am PST Monday, the day before your order ships, to cancel your order and receive a refund. We are a small operation and bake all of our treats fresh within 24 hours of shipping. If your request to cancel the order was not received until after we have processed and shipped the order out, we cannot guarantee that we can refund you.
What if there is a special limited edition cookie and I place the order to be delivered 6 weeks in advance? Is that possible?
Please note that with limited edition cookies, our shipping calendar will not allow them to ship more than 4 weeks from their release date. Unfortunately we also cannot provide free shipping or any other discounts on your order if you placed the order with other items and we have already shipped your other items.
Can I make a custom order?
We have a small team and work hard to fulfill all custom orders, however this isn't always possible.

If a custom order's date changes after the invoice has been paid, the customer will be charged with a minimum of 25% change fee of the total order. This amount does not include any additional shipping fees for rush delivery. We often do not require signed contracts for our custom orders, however we do refer to email exchanges as confirmation on all details including the date of delivery. By completing the invoice, either with a payment through our shop or an agreed direct deposit payment, the customer agrees to our shop policies.
All custom order sales are final and cannot be reduced or reimbursed for any reason.
What is the best delivery service?
We always recommend customers choose UPS Next Day Air Delivery shipping. Yes, it is a more expensive option but it is the safest, fastest option for our perishable products. Please note that we always prioritize orders placed on our website first. Often, during holiday rushes, we receive wholesale orders and those orders may ship out on Wednesday, so if you have an event you are ordering your cookies for, we always recommend Next Day Air shipping which guarantees the next day delivery!
What if the weather messes up the shipping time for my order?
We are not responsible for any orders interrupted by weather delays. Sorry!
What if my order got lost in transit?
If there has been no movement on your order for more than 10 days and you purchased shipping protection we will ship a new order out with the same shipping method. If you would like your order shipped with an upgraded shipping service, additional fees may apply. If you would like your order sent to a different address, make sure you confirm with us that we have changed the delivery address. If shipping protection was not purchased with your order, we cannot ship out a free order. We suggest filing a claim with the carrier to initiate a refund.
I'm not sure when to place my order if you only ship once a week.
Remember, our cookies stay fresh up to 3 weeks when sealed properly so don't sweat!
If you are ordering for a specific date, we always recommend next day air delivery. Since we ship out on Wednesdays only, they'll arrive in pristine shape and you are guaranteed Thursday delivery. This especially follows for East Coast orders.
Where do your items ship from?
All items are shipped from Austin, Texas.
Do you ship outside of the US? What about PO BOX addresses?
At this time, orders cannot be shipped to a PO BOX address. We do ship internationally, if your country isn't on this list, send us an email and we'll see what we can do!
What is your International Shipping & Customs Policy?
For international orders, we carefully complete all required customs documentation to ensure your package can enter the destination country smoothly.
However, any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Because customs regulations and fees vary widely and change frequently, we are unable to estimate or guarantee these costs in advance.
Please note:

If a package is refused due to customs charges, we are not responsible for additional shipping costs, delays, or loss of goods.

Once an order has been placed and shipped to the address provided at checkout, we cannot assume responsibility for the package or offer replacements or refunds.
All international sales are final.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you have any questions about potential fees.
Do I have to sign for my Eat Your Flowers by Loria order?
Shipped orders will not require a signature to complete delivery, and will be left at the delivery address if no one is available to receive the package.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with Tracking Information. You’ll be notified again if there are any unexpected delays while your package is in transit.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not provide refunds.
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returned merchandise under any circumstances.
We are unable to refund or replace packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or not retrieved after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete, accurate, and secure. We are not responsible for orders that are misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Packaging, ribbons, inserts, stickers, and presentation materials may vary seasonally or due to supplier availability and may differ slightly from the photographs shown on our website. While packaging may change from time to time, the product itself will remain as described in the listing.
If presentation packaging is important to your order, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order to confirm current packaging details.
